- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to support accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Lead cost control activities, including budget management, financial reporting, and cost variance analysis.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, working closely with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial and finance teams to ensure alignment across all project functions.
- Analyse project performance data to deliver insights that support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in project controls environment.
- Some experience of both project planning and cost management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and scheduling data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across functions and levels.
- A current British passport (this is essential due to security clearance requirements).
