Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school’s curriculum and educational strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to pupils' educational and personal growth.
  • Experience with specific educational programs or interventions.
  • Additional qualifications or training relevant to primary education.
