We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, specifically in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) inspection

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of PCBs, PCBAs and electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and/or IPC-A-620 standards.
- Inspect components, solder joints, and assembly processes to identify defects such.
- Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Document and report non-conformances, working closely with production and quality teams to address and resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other industry-specific quality management systems.
- Utilize inspection tools and equipment such as magnifiers, microscopes, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
- Follow strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols to protect sensitive electronic components.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and PCB/PCBA inspection.
- Certification or experience with IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and/or IPC-A-620 standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other regulated industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and classify defects accurately.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate inspection findings effectively.
- Experience using inspection tools and test equipment relevant to electronics manufacturing.
