We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, specifically in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) inspection

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:

Perform visual and mechanical inspections of PCBs, PCBAs and electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and/or IPC-A-620 standards.
Inspect components, solder joints, and assembly processes to identify defects such.
Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to customer specifications and industry standards.
Document and report non-conformances, working closely with production and quality teams to address and resolve issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other industry-specific quality management systems.
Utilize inspection tools and equipment such as magnifiers, microscopes, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
Follow strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols to protect sensitive electronic components.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and PCB/PCBA inspection.
Certification or experience with IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and/or IPC-A-620 standards.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other regulated industry standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and classify defects accurately.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate inspection findings effectively.
Experience using inspection tools and test equipment relevant to electronics manufacturing.
