Are you a workshop manager with a background in joinery looking to join a bespoke retail display company that has bold expansion plans, offer progression opportunities and use your expertise and leadership in delivering top-notch workshop operations?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of skilled engineers in creating award winning displays that will be seen by millions globally. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining workshop operations and delivering exceptional results. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

This company design and manufacture bespoke high end retail displays in London, New York, Milan and Dubia for use in installations, events and fit outs for global brands. Their designs are created with the future in mind, the unique styling they offer has the ability to incorporate any technology to fit any of their clients need.

The ideal Workshop Manager will have experience or a qualification in either joinery or retail displays. You will have experience using scheduling tools and working knowledge of each department. You will be managing a team and have the confidence to deliver meetings and presentations.

The role:

  • Managing the workshop production staff
  • Managing operations of the CNC, joinery, spray shop, and print
  • Production Planning in advance
  • Involved in project briefings - looking at materials and build plans
  • Briefing production teams
  • Work with external suppliers
  • Attend installations - when required

The person:

  • Experience in workshop management
  • Experience in manufacturing/Fit out/Installations
  • Qualification or experience in joinery
