About the Role:
As a key member of the project management team, you will collaborate with other team members, challenge the norm, and implement change within the organisation. You will manage the delivery of programmes within a matrix organisation, interfacing and influencing customers and suppliers, and briefing senior management. Your role will involve managing project scope, identifying deviations, and negotiating changes and their impact on the overall project.
About You:
- You will have a background in project delivery within a matrix organisation.
- You should be adept at operating effectively in a cross-functional environment, interfacing and influencing customers and suppliers, and briefing senior management.
- You should be detail-oriented with the ability to identify risks and opportunities within cost, schedule, and quality data.
- An understanding of how to maintain a project plan.
- Some experience in a manufacturing, production or engineering environment is required.
- Holder of a British passport is essential.
