The Property Management company is a well-established block management company providing high-quality services to leasehold properties across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London.

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Assistant Property Managers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support leaseholders and residents while managing blocks of properties. From reactive maintenance to planned works and fire safety compliance, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our properties run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting leaseholders and residents with queries and concerns.
  • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works.
  • Managing fire safety compliance and addressing health and safety requirements.
  • Carrying out regular property visits and inspections.
  • Handling service charge budgets and invoices.
  • Overseeing major works and coordinating with contractors on long-term projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with leasehold legislation and managing insurance processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer service experience: You’ll need a strong background in managing relationships, resolving conflicts, and dealing with challenging customers.
  • Organisational skills: The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines is essential.
  • Driving licence: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
  • Team player: You’ll work closely with colleagues to provide the best service possible.

Experience in block management is not essential—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
