The Role

As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring exceptional service to leaseholders and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing service charge budgets, maintenance schedules and contractor performance.
  • Conducting site visits and building strong relationships with leaseholders, directors, and developers.
  • Overseeing Section 20 consultations and ensuring compliance with leasehold regulations.
  • Handling AGMs, resolving leaseholder queries and providing proactive property management solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • 2 years experience in block/leasehold property management.
  • Strong knowledge of service charge budgets, leasehold legislation, and building maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting while being a team player.
  • TPI qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
