 Are you an experienced sales negotiator looking to step into valuations or an established valuer seeking new, fulfilling career prospects? Our client, a leading estate agency serving Stevenage and Harlow, is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team at the Great Ashby office in Hertfordshire. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity and the opportunity to grow with a reputable local brand.

  • Attractive guaranteed income for the first 3 months, following which you'll earn commission as properties complete

This role offers the chance to showcase your talents and maximize your earning potential through proactive efforts such as leaflet dropping, door knocking, and networking. Your dedication and hard work will directly impact your earning potential, providing you with the autonomy to thrive in your role. My client has a % split in mind with the more value of the pipeline the better the % for you, i.e. pipeline of £150k - 55%-45%, £200k - 50%-50%. The company are listing approximately 30 properties pcm at 1.25% fee with an average house price of £600,000 so working out the maths, this really is a tremendous opportunity for that hungry individual. HOWEVER, for the more cautious candidates who require a little bit of security with a basic salary plus great commission, my client will look at potentially a £20k base salary with 15-20% commission from sales. Work hard and there's a great income to be made! Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience as a sales negotiator with a keen interest in valuations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a drive to achieve targets
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license and access to own car with business insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in valuations within the real estate and property sector
  • Demonstrated track record of successful property valuations and negotiations
Hours: 
  • Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm and Rota Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu.)
