From their roots as an independent financial advisory firm, they have grown into a substantial business with a team of over 30 professionals, offering wealth management and in-house investment management expertise to high-net-worth individuals, businesses and employees.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Services Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis. This role is vital in providing professional support to consultants, clients, and the wider team, supporting the smooth running of Group Risk & Health-care schemes, workplace pensions, and employee benefits under their Corporate Services offering.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants and clients with Group Risk & Health-care schemes, Employee Benefits, and workplace pensions admin.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, providers, and advisers.
  • Upload and manage monthly pension contributions and assist with auto-enrolment re-enrolment processes.
  • Assist with annual review tasks, post-review correspondence, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team and provide additional support where required.
  • Maintain accurate records and fully engage with Intelligent Office (iO).
  • Assist in researching, setting up, and managing secondary market Employee Benefits.
  • Handle corporate client queries from employers, employees, insurers, and advisers.
  • Ensure compliance with the FCA rule book and IWP-FP's internal procedures at all times.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

About You:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is non-negotiable.
  • Excellent knowledge of iO (or similar) and MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • And it would be desirable if you have broad knowledge of the financial services sector and FCA regulations
