Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team, where you'll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates that support our continued growth and success. This role will involve detailed cost assessments for a wide range of welding and fabrication projects, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every project is accurately scoped and priced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed estimates for welding and fabrication projects, focusing on accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyse project requirements, material costs, and labour to build precise cost estimates.
• Manage client communication throughout the estimating process, ensuring clarity on project expectations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to gather essential project details and finalise quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, including project updates and outcomes, to support ongoing business insights and improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in estimating within the welding, fabrication, or metalwork industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates concurrently.
