Are you an experienced and proactive New Homes Sales Consultant (Estate Agent) ready to make a difference in the housing industry? Our team is looking for a dynamic individual to join us on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract, to help prospective homeowners find their perfect match. If you have a proven track record in new homes sales and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering sales reservations across various sites or from a single large-scale site within the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating onsite from the Sales Office/Show Home/Head Office from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Managing Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards.
  • Responding to all sales inquiries and leads within 48 hours.
  • Arranging and conducting viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations as needed.
  • Monitoring void properties weekly to ensure ongoing security.
  • Ensuring all property reservations comply with policies and procedures regarding eligibility and affordability.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally within the housing market.

  • Knowledge of shared ownership schemes.

  • A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A valid driver's licence and your own transport for work purposes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to guide potential buyers through the shared ownership process.
  • Self-motivation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
