As a Recruitment Administrator, you will have a varied role day to day, however some of your daily tasks will be:
- Assist inrecruitmentcampaigns from start to finish, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and headhunting candidates.
- Support therecruitmentteam with administrative tasks such as candidate communication and arranging interviews.
- Maintain and updaterecruitmentrecords in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate and prepare interview materials for candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle candidate queries and provide updates throughout therecruitmentprocess.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with creatingrecruitmentreports and tracking keyrecruitmentmetrics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally inrecruitmentor sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong attention to detail.
