A leading Electronics Engineering organization is seeking an experienced and visionary People Manager to lead its Engineering Project Management Group. This is a unique chance to shape the future of a critical department within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role requires a leader with a deep appreciation of engineering and project management, coupled with the passion, focus, and drive to inspire a team of Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) to deliver complex engineering solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and functional line management for the Engineering Project Management team, ensuring the successful delivery of critical equipment.
  • Support EPMs in achieving project milestones, while fostering collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Develop, motivate, and grow the team to meet business needs and future workload demands.
  • Conduct high-quality development and performance evaluations to maximize team potential.
  • Initiate and manage team improvement initiatives to drive continuous development.
