You will take ownership of account management and business development within the Land and Property sector, including the growing community of Housing Association customers. You will be responsible for building a strong relationship with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will be a key member of the team, supported by colleagues from marketing and technical pre-sales.
LOCATION:
Working from home or the Stevenage office. A home-based employee will be required to attend the office on request, for example for team or customer meetings.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience of Land & Property and/or Location Intelligence sectors
- Technically minded
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- 30,000 - 50,000 basic
- Uncapped commission, typically around 10,000 per year
- 30 days holiday + public holidays!
