We are looking for a Gifting Supervisor to lead a buys gifting department. You will be responsible for curating and displaying a range of unique and high-quality gifts, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gifting department.
  • Selecting, merchandising, and displaying gift products to maximise sales.
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting with gift recommendations.
  • Managing stock levels, ordering new stock, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Training and supervising team members to maintain high standards.
  • Creating eye-catching seasonal and promotional displays.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a gifting retail environment is essential.
  • A passion for giftware and an eye for presentation and trends.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Retail supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
