We are looking for a Gifting Supervisor to lead a buys gifting department. You will be responsible for curating and displaying a range of unique and high-quality gifts, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for the customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gifting department.
- Selecting, merchandising, and displaying gift products to maximise sales.
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting with gift recommendations.
- Managing stock levels, ordering new stock, and liaising with suppliers.
- Training and supervising team members to maintain high standards.
- Creating eye-catching seasonal and promotional displays.
- Previous experience in a gifting retail environment is essential.
- A passion for giftware and an eye for presentation and trends.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Retail supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
- Be part of a friendly, family-run business with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
