Maintenance Engineer, Stevenage, Shifts: Continental, Salary 拢47,500 聽 An Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer is required to carry out maintenance within a team of Maintenance Engineers who are responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Engineer will ensure all plant and equipment are maintained and repaired in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner while ensuring all plants are run to their maximum efficiency. 聽 As the Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for: 路Ensuring that the equipment and plant are maintained. 路Diagnose and correct automation, electrical and mechanical issues to resolve breakdown situations. 路Reacting to breakdowns quickly and efficiently. 路PLC fault finding to input and output level. 路Enhance the machine's reliability through regular planned preventative maintenance. 路Deliver turn-key improvement projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner. 路Focus on safe working practices and site performance KPI's including OEE and CCOs. 聽 As the Maintenance Engineer you will be expected to identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives alongside proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs to the plant and site service and ideally you will have experience with food process machinery and have some the following qualifications: BTECH/ONC qualification as a minimum in an Electrical discipline or Multi skilled Engineering qualification, C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro - technical certificate combined with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance, Time served apprentice, HNC level in electrical or production maintenance engineering. 聽 This position would suit; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Day Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, service Engineer or Packaging Engineer. 聽 Commutable from Bedford, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Dunstable, Bishops Stortford, Stevenage, Luton, Watford, Biggleswade
