Join our Specialist Adolescent Service Hub (SASH) team and contribute to delivering life-changing support for young people aged 11-17 facing complex challenges, including family breakdown, exploitation, gang involvement, and homelessness.
Your Role:As a Social Worker in the SASH team, you will:
- Conduct assessments for adolescents at risk of harm or homelessness.
- Develop collaborative care plans with families and professionals.
- Safeguard adolescents from exploitation, abuse, or criminal activity.
- Provide tailored support for adolescents in the youth justice system.
- Coordinate services to enhance wellbeing and resilience.
What You Need:
- Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration.
- Experience in statutory social work, ideally with adolescents.
- Strong knowledge of legislation and social work practice.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Resilience, empathy, and sound decision-making under pressure.
- A UK driving licence and vehicle (preferred).
