Join our Specialist Adolescent Service Hub (SASH) team and contribute to delivering life-changing support for young people aged 11-17 facing complex challenges, including family breakdown, exploitation, gang involvement, and homelessness.

Your Role:As a Social Worker in the SASH team, you will:

  • Conduct assessments for adolescents at risk of harm or homelessness.
  • Develop collaborative care plans with families and professionals.
  • Safeguard adolescents from exploitation, abuse, or criminal activity.
  • Provide tailored support for adolescents in the youth justice system.
  • Coordinate services to enhance wellbeing and resilience.

What You Need:

  • Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration.
  • Experience in statutory social work, ideally with adolescents.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and social work practice.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Resilience, empathy, and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • A UK driving licence and vehicle (preferred).
