We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Team Supervisor to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care services for clients while supporting and leading a dedicated team of care professionals.

This company are very quality focused, and person centred, providing homecare to a range of clients. There will be lots of autonomy given by the management team as well as opportunity to progress within the company!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording concerns, complaints, and compliments while ensuring all complaints are logged correctly and escalated when necessary.
  • Attending appointments with clients and professionals to assess needs, collate necessary information, and establish tailored care plans.
  • Developing and adjusting care plans, including completing specific risk assessments to align with client requirements.
  • Conducting staff supervisions, monitoring absences, facilitating return-to-work interviews, and addressing significant discussions as needed.
  • Managing the staff and client newsletter to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards is desirable.
  • A compassionate and team-oriented approach to care delivery.
