Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a high dependency rehabilitation unit? Our client is seeking a Hospital Director for their mental health facility in the Hertfordshire area. This role comes with a salary up to 85,000 and offers the chance to oversee a range of specialist recovery pathways within a purpose-built hospital that provides acute and psychiatric intensive care, as well as community-focused rehabilitation services.

As the Hospital Director, you will:
