As the Hospital Director, you will:
- Be accountable for the hospital's financial and operational performance.
- Lead the Hospital Senior Management Team (SMT) and manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee clinical governance.
- Develop strategic external relationships and manage clinical risk.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and patient care.
- Oversee budget setting and financial performance.
- Implement recruitment and retention plans to meet staffing needs.
- Manage confidentiality and security of service user records.
