Your new companyThis organisation is a leading housing charity that is based in the Croydon area and supports clients within supported living with mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs.

Your new roleTo provide excellent customer focused service for all the client's tenants, ensuring that properties are well managed and maintained to provide quality homes which meet ongoing tenants' needs. To liaise and support our approved care providers in their responsibility to deliver quality care & support to our tenants on behalf of clients.Please note you must hold a full driving licence - A company car will be provided with this post.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support all operational activities that fulfil the Charity's stated objectives.
  • To conduct regular inspection of our housing properties to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • To implement quality improvement measures, including developing and maintaining effective systems for monitoring and addressing any issues identified during inspections
  • To actively communicate and liaise with all service organisations in the provision of supported accommodation for our tenants, making appropriate referrals to support identified tenant's needs.
  • To collaborate with Business Development and Engagement teams to enhance the organisation's profile within the community, fostering relationships with stakeholders and promoting our services.
  • To proactively work in partnership with care providers to promote resident participation, consultation, and community development with the aim of meeting the needs of tenants in the community.
  • To meet regularly with Care Providers to monitor the needs of our tenants, assessing changing support needs and working with care providers in meeting them.
  • To attend joint professional meetings to discuss individual cases, reporting back to other internal departments as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
