What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Support Worker in an Early Intervention Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). In this role, you will:

• Provide direct support to individuals experiencing early-stage mental health difficulties• Assist in implementing care plans and recovery-focused interventions• Work collaboratively with nurses, social workers, and psychologists• Support service users in developing independence and coping strategies• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in mental health or social care settings• A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting service users• Strong communication and teamwork skills• A commitment to person-centred care and recovery principles• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
