We are currently recruiting for an Administrator our client in Stevenage

Role Type: Contract

Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: 12.05ph


As an administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the area local operational management team with any administrative duties required on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administrative tasks and any other relevant duties as requested including HR paperwork, adhoc reports, and gathering information for compliants
  • Preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy including confidential letters and reports, so you must be able to exercise discretion
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes and minutes as required
  • Filing, both paper and electronic, to a high standard
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the line manager

About you:

  • Educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative environment
  • Comfortable and able to navigate IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, email, or telephone
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
