- Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
- Develop and implement care plans that support CIN and CP frameworks.
- Manage complex caseloads with professionalism and accountability.
- Contribute to court proceedings, including preparing reports and attending hearings.
- Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using Microsoft IT packages.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in children and families assessment/safeguarding.
- Court proceedings experience desirable.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, policies, and procedures.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
