CAFCASS are seeking a motivated and skilled FCA to join their Early Intervention Team. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide high-quality support and services in the community, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. Job Title: Agency FCA - Early Intervention Team Location: Stevenage- Salary: £36.50 per hour Duties in this role. Deliver high-quality early safeguarding and child protection advice, assessments, and analysis to the Court, focusing on the needs and best interests of children involved in Family Proceedings. Prioritize the well-being and safety of the child throughout Cafcass involvement in the case. Address incidents or risks of significant harm to the child following Local Safeguarding Childrens Board (LSCB) procedures and Cafcass policies. Provide advanced social work-level services by assessing and analysing court applications related to child protection and serious welfare issues. Influence those with parental responsibility to prioritise the childs well-being and offer advice to the courts and Local Authorities on safeguarding concerns, contributing to judicial case management. Essential Requirements: * Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent * At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services * Social Work England Registration * Driving license and access to own vehicle
