We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Apsley and Stevenage. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct assessments and develop care plans for individuals aged 0 to 25 with disabilities.
  2. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered support.
  3. Provide ongoing support, advocacy, and intervention to enhance the well-being of service users.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to coordinate effective service delivery.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to statutory requirements.
  6. Contribute to safeguarding practices and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately.
  7. Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of relevant legislation and best practices.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  1. Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for work-related travel.
  2. 1 year post-qualifying experience and ASYE Completion:
    • Criteria depends on the quality of relevant experience gained for the applied team.
  3. Social Worker Qualification (England & Wales): Recognized qualification in social work.
  4. Social Work England Registration (previously called HCPC): Current and valid registration.
