Hourly Rate: 13.33 - 15 (depending on experience)
Contract: Long-term, full-time (8:30 - 15:30)

What we're looking for:
- SEN or Mental Health Experience: Previous experience working with students who have SEN or mental health needs is highly desirable.
- Passion for Mental Health: A genuine interest in mental health, particularly in relation to supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
- Understanding of SEN: Experience or a strong interest in addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs of students in an SEN setting.
- Local Candidate: Ideally, you will live within commuting distance of Stevenage.
What is required:
- Support a range of students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
- Collaborate with the clinical and educational team to deliver effective interventions and support strategies.
- Assist in the development of individual learning plans tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- Provide emotional and pastoral support to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students.
