About the Role:We are seeking a proactive Integration & Systems Validation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in testing and validating critical systems for the Air Defence domain. Reporting to the Chief Systems Proving Engineer, you'll work across system and subsystem equipment, conducting trials, fault-finding, and delivering high-quality test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trials in collaboration with systems and design teams.
  • Conduct laboratory and ground-based trials to validate systems.
  • Perform diagnostics using COTS test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.).
  • Support environmental testing and generate reports.
  • Ensure lab safety, asset management, and configuration control.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in system integration, trials, and design proving.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 and diagnostic fault-finding.
  • Ability to perform functional proving activities and maintain calibrated equipment.
