About the RoleWe are looking for a Software Project Lead to join our dynamic and multi-disciplined team, delivering innovative software solutions for test equipment across our product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformational change in how we develop and deliver software, supporting the testing and validation of cutting-edge systems for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead high-performing software development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Act as the design authority for software created by your team, ensuring quality and alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
  • Oversee project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in software development, ideally at a low level using C.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for building and managing effective teams.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-disciplinary environment, creating cohesive project strategies.
  • Expertise in cost estimation, work scheduling, and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly at a senior level.
