We are urgently looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Stevenage area. They are dedicated to seeking a compassionate and patient to join their creative and passionate team. They strive to encourage their learners by managing their challenging behaviour in a positive and creative way. Through the education and training of their pupils they aim to embrace changes and help to empower their pupil's progress. These values are reflected with a 'Good' Oftead review.

Responsibilities a SEN Teaching Assistant in the Stevenage Area:

• Woking alongside well trained specialist in the SEN team.
• You will be required to assist with student's academic development, encouraging learners to achieve.
• Pupils from the ages of 4-19 years old could have a variety of mild to Moderate Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• You will become a positive consistent role model in the lives of their specific pupils.
• You form a relation with teachers, parents and the pupils.
