General Practice Surveyor

My client is a multi-disciplined independent practice based in Hertfordshire, with 3 offices. Their dedicated Commercial department covers all sectors of the commercial property market, delivering excellent service to their clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team working closely together to provide property & asset management, Landlord & Tenant, and Agency services.

They are seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join their busy Landlord & Tenant department, to undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations for tax and probate purposes, and to offer support to our Property Management and Agency departments. The successful candidate will ideally hold RICS Chartered status.

Skills & Experience:

  • RICS
