As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Technical Account Executive to join their business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Work closely with the Technical Manager to manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs and quality expectations are met.* Assist in monitoring and maintaining high quality standards across the business, ensuring each product meets customer and industry standards.* Gather and analyse data on product quality, production, and customer feedback, delivering reports that drive continuous improvement.* Quickly identify and address quality or technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve and improve processes.* Support the preparation for customer and third-party audits, assisting in compliance and quality assurance processes.* Act as a liaison between customers and our production teams, providing updates and technical support when needed.* Maintain accurate records of product specifications, compliance documents, and audit results.* Proactively contribute ideas for improving quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction within the supply chain.* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer projects.* Build expertise in the industry with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within our technical and quality teams.
