Our client is a Global charity who is looking for a new Business Systems Manager who wants a role they can grow in; they will be working in Stevenage on a hybrid basis.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM , EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems.• Work with external supplier to schedule audits, testing, efficiencies and staff training; coordinating with relevant departments to minimize disruption and maximize impact.• Work closely with suppliers (MS International team and external providers) to ensure value for money and great customer service.• Act as the primary point of contact for business system-related inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.• Manage cross-team projects and enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed on time, stakeholders are involved and communication is timely.• Ensure data integrity across systems by implementing data quality controls and conducting regular audits.• Main point of contact for Infrastructure, end-point, technology and systems queries.
Desired experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.• Proven experience managing enterprise business systems, ideally within a charity.• Proven experience in project management, with PMP or similar certification preferred.• Proficiency with major enterprise applications, such Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant platforms.• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and analytics tools.• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is advantageous.• Overseen the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM , EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems.
