Job Title: Project Manager - Electrical/Electronic Equipment

Location:Stevenage

Rate:Upto £53p/h Outside IR35

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of electrical/electronic equipment throughout its lifecycle. You will work closely with internal and external design authorities and customers to ensure that hardware and software are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project relationship with internal and external design authorities/customers for the delivery of equipment hardware and software.
  • Ensure projects adhere to schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements.
  • Produce Statements of Work and review qualification verification evidence.
  • Track and resolve non-compliances.
  • Arrange design reviews with appropriate partners.
  • Control assigned budgets and manage work packages.
  • Handle risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the delivery of electrical/electronic equipment.
  • Strong understanding of development, qualification, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to produce Statements of Work and review qualification verification evidence.
  • Experience in tracking and resolving non-compliances.
  • Strong budget management and work package control skills.
  • Ability to handle risks and opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
