My Client is a market leader in their field and have boutiques across the UK.
They are now looking for an Area Manager to cover c.17 sites based mainly in the Northern Home Counties (Buckinghamshire - Kent).
The Key functions of the role are:
- Develop and recruit (where necessary) store managers to ensure they maximise their KPI’s through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Help develop the customer base for each boutique by working with the store manager and Head Office
- Monthly Financial reporting across the estate.
- Implement strong training processes for all new staff and deal with any staff issues as they arise.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained across the area
You should be an ambitious store or area manager with multi-site experience, preferably from retail, fashion or beauty.
