- Receive and manage customers assets upon delivery
- Book assets into the company management system (EMS)
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer deadlines
- Address internal and external queries promptly
- Verify deliveries against paperwork and purchase orders
- Schedule and monitor shipments for timely delivery
- Safely and effectively pack assets for third-party shipments
- Operate company vehicles for collections and deliveries as needed
- Identify and report variances between orders and deliveries
- Support the administration team with logistics-related tasks
- Follow company systems and procedures
- Comply with QHSE policies and guidelines
- Assist other departments as required
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet customer needs
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at level 4 or higher (or equivalent), with strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Valid driving license
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop
- Capable of working independently and managing workload
- Strong adherence to work procedures and practices
