Berry Recruitment are seeking Warehouse Operatives for our client in Stevenage. You'll play a key role in handling stock efficiently and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. These are temp-to-perm positions, so we are looking for candidates available for long-term work with no restrictions on their availability.

Contract: Temp to Perm, Full TimePay: £11.44 - £14 per hourHours: 40+ hours per weekShift Patterns: Monday to Sunday - AM/PM available (on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking: Selecting items from shelves based on customer orders.
  • Packing: Preparing items for shipping, including labelling and sealing.
  • Inventory: Counting and recording stock levels, restocking shelves, and maintaining accuracy.
  • Shipping: Tracking shipments, documenting arrivals and departures, and loading delivery vehicles.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting goods for damage and ensuring product quality.
