ACR are working with a privately owned, high quality house builder based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit either a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator.
Duties include:
- Working closely with all disciplines across the business to ensure that new developments are designed accurately and value-engineered appropriately to ensure our sites are built out efficiently and cost effectively.
- Assist in managing appointed consultants (incl. architectural & engineering, highways and sustainability/energy consultants) to prepare working drawings/specifications etc.
- To an agreed programme, discharge NHBC Building Control conditions
- Attend project team meetings, design team meetings and other meetings as required.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Technical.
Experience/Skills required:
- Highly organised
- Experience working a Technical Coordinator role for a House Builder
- Ability to run more than one project efficiently
- Be collaborative
