Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Ayrshire
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid (average 30 4 days based on site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement a 3-year HR operating plan for the designated business area.
- Cultivate strong and trusted working relationships with site/business management teams to ensure HR strategies are in line with business goals.
- Deliver a full range of HR services, providing solutions and recommendations to improve service quality, efficiency, and continuity.
- Offer HR advice on compliance, legislation, and operational decision-making.
- Develop and execute an employee consultation strategy that strengthens relationships with trade unions and works councils.
- Lead talent acquisiton initiatives, including recruitment, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Identify and manage HR projects on both a site-specific and group-wide level.
- Organize and prioritise workloads, ensuring objectives are met to support the overall business strategy.
- Conduct data analysis and present actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making.
- Implement improvements to maximise HR service quality and operational continuity.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in HR best practices within a unionised environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR policies.
- First class stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Desirable to have CIPD membership
