We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our Research Development & Innovation team at the Ardeer site in Scotland, this is a newly created position to support RD&I and operations on site.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all production paperwork is up-to-date and error free
  • Control production information through use of Navision
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate clear communication and information flow between sales and production
  • Regularly adjust and record production set points to reflect current operational requirements
  • Update and manage PDF versions of product illustrations to ensure they accurately represent current products
  • Streamline and oversee materials used in specifications to ensure procurement aligns with accurate demand
  • Work with the IT department and key stakeholders to update processes and embrace continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the RD&I team with ad hoc tasks

The Person:

  • You will be a great team player whilst being able to work on your own initiative
  • You will ideally have experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • You should possess good numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in a role where attention to detail is critical
  • Competent in using all Microsoft office packages
