Management Accountant Supervisor Permanent Based in Steyning (parking available)Hybrid working - 3 days in the office £48,000 - £55,000 per annum
Tony Alan Recruitment is currently recruiting an exciting job opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a well-known and growing business just outside the Steyning area on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the production of the management accounts on a monthly basis, produce key financial analysis for the management and stakeholders within the business, working closely with the operational team to provide accurate information and drive performance.
You will have the ability to advise and assist the management team with developing business plans and strategy, financial forecasts, and the production of the annual budget.
Key Requirements:
- Ensure all management accounts are submitted and any variances highlighted with the management team
- Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Report accurate financial information to the stakeholders
- Review all financial information regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Undertake debtor reviews and monthly accounts reviews
- Accurate and regular financial forecasting
- Budget production
- Manage cash flow and working capital through analysis and interrogation of system reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Support and train 3 staff
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Assist in the production of the statutory accounts
- VAT
Key Skills:
- Studying or qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA),
- Proven track record of success as a Management Accountant
