Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Steyning - must be a car driver due to office location
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Full Details:
- You will be responsible for providing five-star customer service to both existing and potential customers.
- Answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring that accurate and detailed records of customer interactions are maintained.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Must be a car driver due to the remote location of the office.
