We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a manufacturing business based near Stirling. This role supports daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments and assisting with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and stock records.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Support HR and finance teams with payroll and employee documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
