An experienced Chef de Partie with at least 2 years of experience as a chef is needed to join our team at Victoria Square and the Orangery Restaurant, an award-winning restaurant based in Stirling, on a full-time basis.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or a skilled and ambitious Commis Chef keen to develop and apply their skills in a high-quality dining environment.

About the Role

This full-time role will involve supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef across the full range of our dining offerings, including lunch service, afternoon teas, and evening dining. Detailed duties will be negotiated directly with the Head Chef and again will be based on experience.

There is some room for negotiation in exact hours, but typical working hours cover lunch and evening service Tuesday through Saturday. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Required Experience:

  • Chef: 2 years
  • Experienced in a quality dining environment

  • Equipped with a well-established core skillset but have a willingness to learn
  • Responsible with a strong sense of ownership
  • Driven and self-motivated

  • Keen to apply and explore innovative approaches
