Role Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Plan and organise on-site labour.
  • Resource Utilisation: Ensure the efficient use of all resources on-site.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver contracts safely, on time, and within budget.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Uphold health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate site records and registers.
  • Safety Procedures: Ensure full compliance with company safety protocols.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships both on-site and off-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sub-Agent in a civil contracting environment.
  • Sector Expertise: Proven experience in renewable and infrastructure civil engineering sectors as a Senior Engineer or Sub-Agent.
  • Certifications: SMSTS certification is essential.
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
