Role Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Plan and organise on-site labour.
- Resource Utilisation: Ensure the efficient use of all resources on-site.
- Project Delivery: Deliver contracts safely, on time, and within budget.
- HSEQ Compliance: Uphold health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate site records and registers.
- Safety Procedures: Ensure full compliance with company safety protocols.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships both on-site and off-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Sub-Agent in a civil contracting environment.
- Sector Expertise: Proven experience in renewable and infrastructure civil engineering sectors as a Senior Engineer or Sub-Agent.
- Certifications: SMSTS certification is essential.
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Please note: Due to the project locations and nature of the role, varying shift patterns will apply. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel throughout Scotland as required.
