Description
- Handling own conveyancing case load
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties in the conveyancing process
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions
- Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases
- Ensuring all files and records are kept up-to-date and comply with legal standards
- Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
- Experience with conveyancing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
