Description
- Oversee the preparation of all conveyancing documentation
- Lead a team of paralegals to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services
- Liaise with solicitors, lenders and clients to facilitate efficient transactions
- Monitor legal regulations related to conveyancing to ensure compliance
- Conduct legal research to aid in case preparation
- Maintain and update client records in a confidential and professional manner
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
- Support the wider legal team with ad hoc tasks as needed

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
