As a works Coordinator, you will ensure vacant properties are turned around efficiently in regards to any repairs and preperation ready for handover to new tenants. If you have a proactive attitude and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will communicate proactively with internal partners, service providers, and stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on void progress. You will coordinate and schedule all void property activities, acting as the main contact for contractors, trades employees, customers, and stakeholders. Key tasks include managing cross-platform databases to ensure data accuracy, monitoring clearance, pest control, and asbestos surveys, and providing regular updates and reports. Practical data management experience. A background in Local Authority/Social Housing sector experience is highly advantageous. Effective communication with various stakeholders is crucial, as is the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
