LHH is delighted to partner with a well-regarded public sector organisation as they seek an Environmental Health Officer to join the team on an interim basis.

As the Environmental Health Officer, you will act as an authorised inspector when dealing with Environmental Health legislation and carry out inspections in accordance with agreed frequency and codes of practice. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an effective, reliable and customer focussed Regulatory Service.

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in a similar role within Public Health and Pollution. This role involves exchanging complex information internally and externally with key stakeholders, therefore you will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and partner organisations. REHIS Diploma in Environmental Health, or equivalent, is essential for this role.
