Are you an EHS Specialist looking to work for a leading drilling company that operates in Europe's energy markets, where you will be responsible for overseeing the EHS function and have the opportunity to travel UK wide and into the rest of Europe (site visits around 30% of your time)?
Fantastic opportunity to join a specialist drilling contractor, that prioritises internal progression, on-going training as required and travel into mainland Europe.
This company provides bespoke drilling services to the geotechnical, environmental and energy markets. They are specialists with a strong reputation in the drilling sector and have been growing steadily in recent years. They are now looking for someone to take responsibility for the EHS function within the business.
In this role, you will be reporting to the operations manager and be responsible for maintaining the EHS program, deliver safety training to new staff and site teams and ensure compliance with environmental laws.
The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a NEBOSH diploma and be from a construction, multi-site, heavy industrial background or similar.
The Role:
*Maintain EHS program.
*Maintain ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 Status.
*Site audits and safety talks.
*Commutable to office and willing to travel UK wide and into mainland Europe as required.
The Person
*NEBOSH diploma or working towards.
*Knowledge of some or all al the following ISO standards: ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO9001.
*Driving License.
