Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission

The Role (Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Advisor / Protection Adviser / Protection Advisor):
We're looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser (CAS Status) to join our team. Based in Perth, this role offers flexibility with hybrid working options across Scotland. You'll work closely with new and existing clients, offering expert mortgage and protection advice, guiding them through the entire process, and ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial assessments to determine mortgage & protection eligibility
- Provide expert advice on mortgage products, protection, and debt consolidation
- Assist clients in completing applications and gathering necessary documents
- Liaise with lenders to secure the best possible terms
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
What We're Looking For:
- CAS Status as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage & financial advising (CeMAP or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
